Order Confirmation

All orders placed by fax, internet or e-mail must be confirmed by a BLOSSOM FLORA Customer Service Staff by telephone or by e-mail before such orders are considered to be accepted orders. All confirmed orders are provided with a Confirmation Number. Confirmations generated by auto-response systems on various websites are not definite confirmations as the flowers may not be in season etc. Please give us at least 1 day notice if possible for internet or e-mail orders. For same day or urgent orders placed by fax, internet or e-mail, please call us by phone if you do not receive a telephone or e-mail confirmation from us within 1 hour if the order is sent during our opening hours.

Payment Methods

All personal orders must prepaid by credit card. You can pay for your internet orders with Visa card and Mastercard. Or American Express card by phone. 

You can also deposit cash into our bank saving accounts at HSBC 813290426838 or Bank of China 01255510017565 at least 2 business days prior to the delivery date. A copy of the Deposit Slip must be sent by fax to us at 2503-4703 clearly marked with the Sender's name and delivery date.

Our secure server encrypts all personal information (including name, address, credit card number and contact details) so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

All information you submit when shopping with us will be encrypted with the latest security technology SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to make sure that shopping with us is totally safe.

The advanced technology employed by we ensures that it is virtually impossible for our users? credit card information to be used fraudulently.

Delivery Information

For same day delivery, orders must be received before 12 m.d. (Monday thru Saturday). Unfortunately, same day delivery to New Territories address and outlying island are cannot be guaranteed.

Should you have a specific delivery time in mind for your arrangement, simply type it into the "remarks" field during checkout. We will do its best to accommodate your request.

Delivery charge

Delivering flowers to most of areas along the MTR is free of charge (except Tseung Kwan O to Po Lam, Lai King To Tsuen Wan, Tsing Yi, Tung Chung Line and Airport Express). For the other, please refer the list of the delivery charge in order form.

In case a customer has chosen a wrong delivery district outside of the free-delivery areas, we will inform him/her by email or telephone and request for settling the delivery charge.

Delivery Time

All deliveries will be made within 5 hours window. For example, morning deliveries will be made between 9 am to 1 pm and afternoon deliveries between 1 pm to 6 pm. If you would like to have the flower delivered in the morning session, we recommend that you place your order the day before delivery day. International Delivery

Confirm Delivery

If you'd like to confirm delivery, please feel free to call 2861-2838 for more information. We will respond shortly by e-mail or telephone.

What if the recipient is unavailable?
If the recipient is unavailable to receive the delivery, WE will either:

  • For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day.
  • For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day.
Please note: we may call the recipient to schedule delivery.

CHANGES OR CANCELS

We will be happy to help you change your order prior to shipping. However, if your floral bouquet or specialty gift is en route or already delivered, we can't change your order.

If your product is to be delivered today, please call us at (852) 2861-2838 to see if your product is en route or has been delivered. Please have your order number ready.

Our Policy
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

Flowers

  • In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.
  • If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

Plants

  • For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value.
  • If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

Specialty Gifts

  • Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value and of similar theme and category.
